It's been awhile since our last update, but some cool things have happened here. Brandon started his first year of medical school. They had a few days of orientation before classes started and a white coat ceremony which was a special event. He started classes last Monday and boy were his eyes opened! He is very grateful to be here and is so excited to be in med school, but it is going to be a lot tougher than undergraduate school was. The first day of school he came home and shut himself in our room to study for a few hours and I have never seen him do that. He is really enjoying himself though. There are five first year med students that are in our ward and they have all become good friends so he is going to value those friendships the next four years. Here are some pictures of the white coat ceremony.
These are pictures of Brandon getting his coat put on by the Dean of the Medical College and shaking the other professors' hands.
These were taken after the ceremony. He looks so important now!
